kyuranger vs zyuohger

I kept wondering why Kyuranger vs Zyuohger never happened (as of writing this) and thought it was odd that in Lupin VS Pat VS Kyu it featured Zyuoh The World (don't get me wrong, his appearance was brilliant and well timed).

Plot. The film begins with a boy named Yoshiharu Igasaki desperate at the sight of both the Zyuohgers and the Ninningers apparently dead. Back to the previous day, Yamato, Sela, Leo, Tusk and Amu are camping beside a river when they are attacked by Takaharu, Yakumo, Nagi, Fuuka and Kasumi, who mistaken them for evil Youkai.

In their battles against Jark Matter and its leader Don Armage they are eventually joined by three more heroes - Earthling boy Kotaro (Koguma Skyblue), Kyuranger commander Shou Ronpo (Ryu Commander) as well as Tsurugi Ōtori, a legendary hero who fought against Don Amage centuries ago.

So logically, Kyuranger vs Zyuohger would have already been filmed by this point, and possibly announced. They would not film the movie and then not release it, especially not for something like that.
